I love writing.  I've always loved writing.  I remember when I was in 6th grade - 11 years old - and my teacher, Mrs. Casey, told my parents I had a real talent for writing.  From that point on, I've known that's what I wanted to do. Of course, needing to earn a living did step in, so for the past 38 years, I've worked in the music industry as everything from a secretary (one of the world's worst) to publicist (much better) to consultant and manager.  I still work in the music industry. Because I love music. How lucky I've been that I have been able to earn my living doing what I love. Hopefully, that will now include writing.

Originally from New York, I've lived in southern California since August, 1987.  Now in Simi Valley.
